We are sorry that you have had a problem with your balance. If you completed an offer, you should have had a notification and see the coins in the History section of the app. If this has not occurred within 24 hours, but you are sure you have completed the offer, please contact one of our representatives to resolve the issue. All you need to do is:
1) Go into the Online Plus app
2) Click the three white lines at the top left of the app screen
3) Go to the “Help” section
4) Click “Email” to send our customer service team a message
