"It looks like you have recently changed your phone. You need to have Online Plus on your new phone for 24 hours before you can cash out."
If you see the above error when you try to cash out it means that you have either:
Changed your phone
Logged into your Online Plus account on another phone in the last 24 hours
Changed a device setting on your phone that has affected its factory settings
For security reasons you will need to wait 24 hours after one of the above situations before you are able to cash out.
Account Paused
If you are seeing an error message that your account has been paused please contact one of our representatives to resolve the issue. All you need to do is:
1) Go into the Online Plus app
2) Click the three white lines at the top left of the app screen
3) Go to the “Help” section
4) Click “Email” to send our customer service team a message

These guys are crooks. Better business bureau will be alerted to. Their unethical practiced
